On February 19, 2026, as part of the Short Stay Athens Conference, Stama Greece will hold its annual General Assembly, accompanied by elections for the new Board of Directors. The event will take place after the conclusion of Stama Elite, with free access for all members in good standing from 4:00 p.m., who will also have voting rights.
This year’s election brings together a diverse group of candidates, representing different regions and business models within the short-term rental sector. Among the candidates are:
Vasilis Argyrakis, Treasurer of Stama and CEO of See Greece, aiming to attract more members, strengthen networking, and provide accurate updates on the legal and tax framework affecting the sector.
Vasilios-Christos Oikonomou, CEO of NOMAS, advocating for broader regional presence and enhanced external communication and dialogue with authorities.
Giorgos Kanellopoulos, Board Member and CEO of Meno Property Management, emphasizing a strong association with an active role in negotiations affecting the sector.
Eleni Koufaki, CEO of Questbnb, focused on activating Northern Greece and strengthening Stama’s participation in national-level decisions.
