The Greece STAY Awards, the institution that highlights, stimulates and rewards excellence in hospitality and short-term rentals, returns with a major innovation for 2024 setting it apart from the previous year.
NOMINATIONS BY COST OF ACCOMMODATION
With sub-categories by cost of accommodation, competition is on a level playing field and is rated equally. This year, the Greece STAY Awards give each accommodation the opportunity to distinguish itself according to the cost of accommodation. This criteria ensures that no disparate accommodation is judged.

In total, the Greece STAY Awards have 10 main categories and 76 sub-categories, this gives greater opportunity to distinguish all types of accommodation based on cost, property managers portfolio size, booking websites, hosts/hostesses and all types of suppliers. The 10 categories are as follows:
- Top Urban Accommodations of Greece – CIVIC ACCOMMODATIONS
- Top Island, Seafront & Mainland Villas of Greece – Island, Seafront & Mainland Villas of Greece MAINLAND VILLAS
- Top Island, Seafront & Mainland Accommodations of Greece – ISLAND, SEASIDE & MAINLAND ACCOMMODATION
- Top Sustainable Accommodations of Greece – SUSTAINABLE ACCOMMODATIONS
- Top Property Manager STRs & Villas of Greece – STRs & Villas MANAGEMENT COMPANIES

HOW IT ALL WORKS
- APPLICATIONS: accepted until 30th November 2024
- PUBLIC VOTING: (01/12 to 31/12) In the first phase of the competition, the public votes for the nominated accommodation and favourite partners
- HOW THE PUBLIC VOTES: Each registrant has the right to vote ONLY once and can vote for up to ten nominees per sub-category
- JURY VOTING: (01/01/25 to 31/01/25) In the second phase of the competition, the jury will vote for the top ten service providers and accommodation providers in each sub-category, as voted by the public, in order to determine the three winners (Platinum, Gold & Silver)
- GSA AWARD: A fabulous award ceremony (TBA) awaits us!
