The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) is introducing the automatic completion of the National Cadastre Code (KAEK) in E9 property declarations, using information submitted through the myPROPERTY platform.
The new feature is provided for under decisions A.1201/2026 and A.1203/2026 and covers declarations relating to property transfers, gifts and parental gifts.
Who is affected?
The automatic update of cadastral codes in E9 declarations applies to all parties involved in these transactions. By retrieving the code from myPROPERTY declarations, the system reduces the need to enter the same information repeatedly.
The change is relevant to property owners, including those managing properties or considering how to use them. Updates to E9 declarations following these transactions will now draw on the information submitted through myPROPERTY.
