The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has extended the deadline for submitting Short-Term Stay Declarations covering June 2026 to July 30, 2026.
The new deadline was set by a decision of AADE Governor Giorgos Pitsilis (A.1149/2026) and applies to taxpayers and property managers who have not yet completed the required filing process.
According to AADE, the deadline was extended after technical difficulties were reported during the digital submission of the declarations. The extension gives taxpayers additional time to complete the submission of their declarations for June without further disruption.
For information and assistance, taxpayers can contact AADE’s my1521 Taxpayer Service either by phone at 1521, on working days from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., or digitally through the my1521 platform, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For declarations submitted by individuals, the relevant path is: Income Tax Matters > Personal Income Taxation > Short-Term Rental Income Declarations for Individuals > Short-Term Stay Declaration for Individuals.
For legal entities, the relevant path is: Income Tax Matters > Corporate Income Taxation > Short-Term Rental Income Declarations for Legal Entities > Short-Term Stay Declaration for Legal Entities.
