Top Villas, a global leader in the luxury holiday rental sector, has announced its expansion into established European tourism markets, including Greece and Cyprus. At the same time, the company is gaining a presence in major European metropolises such as London and Paris.
The company is dynamically strengthening its European portfolio, adding 2,360 new villas in top destinations and planning further expansion through 2025.
James Mannings, CEO and co-founder of the company, said:
“European expansion is a natural step for us in order to meet the growing demands of our customers. We are excited to now offer accommodation in even the most popular European destinations, something we have not previously provided on such a scale.”
With more than 14,000 properties in over 150 destinations worldwide, Top Villas is strategically investing in Europe, adding 637 new properties in Croatia alone.
Responsibility for growth in Europe has been taken over by Edward Frampton-Fell, the company’s new General Manager, with over 20 years’ experience in the luxury residential sector. He notes:
“The company wants to continue its expansion throughout 2025 to key destinations such as Croatia, Spain, Greece, Greece, Italy, France, Cyprus, Portugal, Portugal, Turkey and the UK.
“The European luxury villa market presents tremendous growth potential and our expansion into both established urban and coastal destinations, as well as emerging destinations, puts us in an excellent position to meet evolving traveler preferences.”
Frampton-Fell spent the last 15 years as a senior executive at SPL Villas and James Villas.
Top Villas, as part of its European expansion, is also inviting travel agents to partner with it, offering attractive commission rates.
