STAY standards PROTOCOL [SSP] is the first technologically integrated quality assurance system in the short-term rental industry, which is directly integrated into the daily operational tools of property managers and is certified by an independent international body.
The framework includes more than 200 control points, which cover technical and operational property specifications, security and maintenance standards, guest management and service procedures, professional operating practices, sustainability and business compliance.
The certification process is based on a multi-layered audit model that combines application evaluation using artificial intelligence, digital and virtual property audits, and independent audits by TÜV AUSTRIA.
