The new revenue management tool is designed to simplify pricing for hosts and reduce the complexity that often comes with setting and adjusting nightly rates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">According to the company, Adapt allows users to choose from four strategies: prioritising revenue, maximising occupancy, balancing the two, or securing more predictable income through earlier bookings. The tool then automatically applies pricing rules aligned with the selected objective.<\/p>\n<h2>What AirDNA Adapt offers<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">AirDNA says the product includes daily dynamic pricing, competitor benchmarking based on historical and forecast data, a performance dashboard and an AI assistant that explains pricing decisions in plain language.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The company also says that Adapt is priced at <strong>$20 per listing<\/strong> and integrates with <a href=\"https:\/\/bnbnews.gr\/en\/technology\/42327\/ai-for-property-managers-notebooklm\/\">Airbnb, Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, OwnerRez and Uplisting.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Who the tool is aimed at<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">AirDNA is positioning Adapt as a solution for individual hosts and independent property managers who do not yet use dynamic pricing. The company estimates that only 15% of hosts worldwide currently use dynamic pricing, with adoption rising to 31% in the United States.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The launch follows a beta-testing period of almost three months, during which the tool was tested across as many as 14,000 listings, according to figures released by AirDNA.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">AirDNA\u2019s entry into this segment puts it in competition with established providers such as Wheelhouse, Beyond and PriceLabs.
