Spain is emerging as a key \u201csafe haven,\u201d thanks to its mild climate, infrastructure, and connectivity, with Barcelona attracting the largest wave of arrivals. Newcomers are opting for flexible accommodation solutions, avoiding long-term commitments amid ongoing uncertainty.<\/p>\n

However, this sudden influx is intensifying already significant pressure on the housing market<\/strong>. Local authorities warn that housing availability is shrinking further, while rents continue to rise, pushing more residents out of the city center.<\/p>\n
