POMIDA acknowledges from the outset that M.I.D.A., as stipulated in Article 217 of Law 5222\/2025, represents a crucial step in modernizing property management<\/strong>. The integration of data from the Land Registry, the E9 tax forms, and property usage declarations\u2014aimed at reflecting the real-time status of each property\u2014is recognized as technically challenging but necessary. The letter praises AADE staff for their high level of expertise and thoughtful system design.<\/p>\n
