The CCL is charged per night and applies to both Airbnb-type short-term rentals and hotel rooms.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How the 2025 CCF is structured<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>For the months of April &#8211; October<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Based on a decision by the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, Mr Christos Dimas, the fee is structured as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Short term rentals:<\/strong> 8 euros per night.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Single-family houses of more than 80 m\u00b2<\/strong> for short-term rentals: 15 euros per night.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Self-catering accommodation &#8211; furnished tourist villas<\/strong>: 15 euros per night.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hotel accommodation<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 stars: 2 euros,<\/li>\n<li>3 stars: 5 euros,<\/li>\n<li>4 stars: 10 euros,<\/li>\n<li>5 stars: 15 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>For the months November &#8211; March<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>During the winter season the CCF is adjusted as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Short term rentals<\/strong>: EUR 2 per night.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Single-family houses of more than 80 m\u00b2<\/strong> for short-term rentals: 4 euros per night.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Self-catering accommodation &#8211; tourist furnished villas<\/strong>: 4 euros per night.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hotel accommodation:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 stars: 0.50 euros<\/li>\n<li>3 stars: 1.50 euros<\/li>\n<li>4 stars: 3 euros<\/li>\n<li>5 stars: 4 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Who pays the CCF?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The tax is paid <strong>by the customer<\/strong> staying in the property or room.
