A series of artificial intelligence tools, integrated into the host&#8217;s PMS, &#8220;read&#8221; the property&#8217;s booking calendar and cleaning schedule, identify vacant nights and suggest upselling tactics. From early check-in or late check-out to additional services, the use of AI tools helps to increase revenue.
