The Small Enterprises’ Institute of the Hellenic Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants (IME GSEBEE) and the Association of Short Term Real Estate Companies (Stama Greece) have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at working together on issues of mutual interest.
The Memorandum was signed on Wednesday 22nd January 2025 at the offices of GSEBEE by the President of Stama Greece, Mr Nassos Gavalas and the President of GSEBEE and IME GSEBEE, Mr George Kavvatas.
The purpose of the Memorandum of Cooperation is to ensure regular and operational cooperation between the two parties for the planning, preparation, implementation and realisation of actions and synergies in areas of interest to businesses related to short-term leasing.
Emphasis will be placed on the conduct of studies, surveys and the processing of data and information relating to short-term leasing and its impact, as well as the development of materials to meet information and training needs.

As the institutional representative of small and micro enterprises, GSEBEE has long supported cooperation and synergies between businesses and industries, focusing on knowledge dissemination and problem solving. The Memorandum of Cooperation between IME GSEBEE and Stama is part of this framework.
