limehome, a company that operates in the field of hospitality through automated accommodation solutions, is strengthening its presence in Greece. With over 150 apartments in operation or under contract in five locations in Athens and Piraeus, the company continues to expand in the country.
The most recent deal is for a new project near Omonia Square in Athens, specifically at the corner of P. Tsaldaris (formerly Piraeus) and Geraniou. This is the conversion of an office building in Athens into 32 serviced apartments. The project is being undertaken by Blend Development in partnership with Primetown, and is expected to be completed in early 2026.
This is limehome’s first collaboration with Greek companies and its plans include new projects in Athens, Thessaloniki and other cities on the mainland.
Greece is considered a market with significant growth potential in the hospitality sector and limehome continues to seek expansion opportunities in other major Greek cities.
Although the company does not publish specific financial data for each market, however, the occupancy rate of its Athens apartments is close to 95% since their opening.
At the same time, limehome continues to grow rapidly on a pan-European level.
